Overview

We have a permanent position available in our Quality department for an AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Inspector. The main responsibility of the role will be to carry out inspections within the Warehouse department.

We have a permanent position available in our Quality department for an AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Inspector. The main responsibility of the role will be to carry out inspections within the Warehouse department checking items labelling, presentation, dimensions and other aspects of the manufacturing process. 

About the role

You will be:

  • conducting internal and sub-contractor product inspections
  • completing inspection records
  • working closely with other departments to prioritise inspections
  • following established processes to uphold our quality accreditation
  • gaining experience to become confident in decision making

The role is 34 hours per week with the hours of work being:

Monday to Thursday 4pm - 1am.

In house training will be provided.

About You

You will:

  • have high attention to detail
  • have a good eye for fault finding
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be a team player with a demonstrable can do, proactive approach
  • have the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
  • use an organised and methodical work style
  • have good colour vision
  • have experience of computer data input
