An exciting new position has arisen within our Merchandising Team for a Brand Merchandising Planner to help develop the Johnstons of Elgin brand by driving further growth, assisting with the roll out of new ranges.

About the Role

An exciting new position has arisen within our Merchandising Team for a Brand Merchandising Planner to help develop the Johnstons of Elgin brand by driving further growth, assisting with the roll out of new ranges and to play a part in developing our digital strategy.

You will be:

  • Analyse brand positioning vs competitors
  • Schedule stock activities in relation to the brand calendar
  • Analyse trading performance and KPIs, summarising/presenting recommendations
  • Assist in maintenance of Range Plans, Critical Paths, and system data input
  • Plan and maintain stock availability on key products
  • Compile reports and present findings to a range of stakeholders

The role is 39 hours a week, and will require travel to London to conduct competitor analysis. There is the option for the role to be based in Elgin or London.

About You

You will have worked in a similar role and have

  • A keen eye for detail & accuracy
  • Excellent IT, planning and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop to the next level in your career
  • Experience working with luxury brands (desirable)
