These will enhance our capability to deliver world class woven accessory products to prestigious global luxury brands. 

Our textile Mill in Elgin is one of only two working vertical mills in the UK. We have the utmost respect for the heritage of our business and the specialist equipment and processes at its core, whilst continuing to innovate and invest in our people, our infrastructure and our working practices to drive business transformation and growth.

You can expect to:

  • Work within our Continuous Improvement team and collaborate with Quality and Operational teams to drive improvement activities
  • Conduct analysis of process and operational activity reviews to identify areas for development or enhancement
  • Work with Operational departments to deliver Lean/Six Sigma improvements
  • Deliver training in Continuous Improvement across the business, engaging the workforce and facilitating cultural change
  • Collaborate with the whole workforce to improve the quality of our products, processes and working environment

About You

Our ideal candidate profile for this role includes the following:

  • Degree, HND or equivalent experience
  • A natural inclination to challenge the status quo
  • Smart, curious and enthusiastic about learning
  • Strongly focused on delivery and actively seeks responsibility
  • Highly numerate and analytical and adept at using standard business software
  • A relationship builder and collaborator who engages with others in a positive way
  • A communication style that is effective across all audiences
  • An ability to overcome hurdles and an organised approach to implementing solutions
  • Knowledge of ISO Certifications or Lean Six Sigma is helpful but not essential

This is a permanent full time role, based at our Headquarters in Elgin, Scotland.  Due to the nature of our business occasional shift work may be required although normal working hours will be on a dayshift.
