The successful applicant will join a busy customer services administration team and will be responsible for creating shipping documentation for key accounts as well as sharing packing notes and invoices to customer’s online portals.  They will also have their own portfolio of customers in the UK and other European markets.  You will communicate with customers and sales agents on a daily basis and will administer the intake of orders and establish delivery dates based on stock availability and production lead times. Further liaison will be required with our production and warehouse staff to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and the presentation of the finished product is as specification. 

A good telephone manner, attention to detail, accuracy and working to deadlines are essential requirements, together with efficient keyboard skills.  Experience with the Jomar computer system would be advantageous.

This is a full time, permanent post. The hours of work for this position are:

Monday to Thursday 0800 to 1700

Friday 0800 to 1300
