You will be receiving, booking in and distributing deliveries and arranging collections from third parties.

You will be receiving, booking in and distributing deliveries and arranging collections from third parties.

Role responsibilities will include –

  • Receiving, checking, booking in and distributing deliveries
  • Arranging collections from third parties
  • Reviewing and approving invoices, liaising with colleagues when needed
  • Putting deliveries away and conducting stock counts, reports and transactions
  • Liaising to report damages or returns, raising non-conformances if necessary

A UK driving license is required as you may be required to drive between our Elgin sites. Holding a forklift or bendi-forklift license would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.

This is a permanent post, working 39 hours a week.

Working hours are 7am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am – 12pm Friday. Flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.

About You

You will have -

  • Excellent organisational skills, preferably with experience in a similar role
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • A calm, efficient and enthusiastic demeanour, even on the busiest of days.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
