Milling Operative
Location: Hawick Mill
Hours: Perm. Full-time, 38 hours per week (3 Shift Rotation).

We are searching for an individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, a can-do attitude, someone who is motivated to deliver excellence in all they do, and someone who is flexible to adapt their skills when working with a range of products. We have hundreds of styles of products you will get the opportunity to work with. If you have the ability to stay focused for long periods of time, enjoy working independently as well as in a team and can follow written instructions, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
As a Milling Operative, you will have the responsibility of consolidating the fabrics structure. We do this to remove any oils from our garments and accessories to ensure the highest quality product has been created. Instructions and details are all computer based therefore you will need to be computer literate. You will be operating multiple wash/dry machines at a time therefore you will need a high level of concentration. As you are working with bundles of products you have the responsibility to handle these with care and ensure you are delivering excellent work. We welcome variation within our roles. You will be working on different products every day.

Experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
