About the Role

By following the set out plan, you will achieve department goals by promoting a “right first time” approach. You will also be liaising with other managers and supervisors to problem solve, reduce rework and promote culture.

The role is a “hands on” working position which includes undertaking duties relating to all aspects of Pressing, ensuring –

  • Training and coaching of others in the department is up to date so the highest quality standard is met for every product;
  • The highest possible quality standards are maintained;
  • Finishing steps are accurately posted and problem solving/staff training is undertaken;

This is a permanent, full time position working 39 hours a week on a 2 shift rotation (early and back shift).

About You

You will be –

  • Technically experienced to help reduce quality and sizing related issues;
  • Able to motivate yourself and your team;
  • A strong communicator;
  • Willing to learn and improve yourself and processes within the department;
  • Able to meet deadlines;
