About the Role:               Responsible for supporting the quality department with technical administration tasks, plus ensuring regulations are met and documentation kept up to date.

This is a temporary role secondment until 31st December 2023, working 39 hours per week 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 1pm Friday. Salary is starting from £22105 per annum dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery

  • Support company to deliver customer expectations in technical quality.
  • Organise specification sheets for sub-contractors
  • Collate test requests and reports
  • Type up check sheets for private label customers
  • Type meeting minutes
  • Organise certification tool box talks and documentation pre audits
  • Transaction certificate application
  • Make up hangers
  • Maintain the quality library
  • Assist with ISO 9001 admin tasks

About You

  • Have previous experience in a similar role, have studied a textile related degree or have previous auditing experience
  • Have an interest in quality
  • Be a confident user of computer systems or willing to learn
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with people at all levels
  • Be able to plan and prioritise your own workload and deal with conflicting deadlines
  • Be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
