Overview
The Restaurant Assistant works at the ‘front of house’ of our 5 star eatery to support the kitchen service; ensuring that the highest standard of service is maintained and exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

We have 2 permanent positions available -

37.5 hours a week - working Wednesday to Sunday 9am - 5:30pm

15 hours a week - working 5 hours per day, 3 days a week (full flexibility is required)

About the Role

The Restaurant Assistant works at the ‘front of house’ of our 5 star eatery to support the kitchen service; ensuring that the highest standard of service is maintained and exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. 

Amongst other duties you will be

  • welcoming customers
  • making and serving drinks
  • operating the till
  • serving food 
  • demonstrating your product knowledge to customers by advising and assisting with food orders

About you:

You will

  • preferably have previous experience within a fast paced, customer facing environment
  • be a team player
  • have a pro-active approach and can-do attitude
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be able to stay calm under pressure
  • be committed to exceeding customer expectations every time
