About the Role
As Supervisor of our flagship store you will be a passionate ambassador for the Johnstons of Elgin brand.
This role will be essential in supporting the Sales & Operations Manager in guiding, motivating, and developing the team to deliver the highest level of customer experience and store performance.
You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
Supporting in coaching and giving feedback to the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and lead by example.
You will provide an energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor, driving sales and growing customer engagement with previous supervisory experience preferably in a luxury environment.
Experience in visual merchandising and the ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environment is essential for this role.
