Retail Supervisor

About the Role

As Supervisor retail store at our visitor attraction in Elgin you will be a passionate ambassador for the Johnstons of Elgin brand.

This role will be essential in supporting the Salesfloor Manager in guiding, motivating, and developing the team to deliver the highest level of customer experience and store performance.

This is a permanent position, working 39 hours a week, 5 days from 7 including alternate weekends.

About You

You will

• be an effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and a team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
• provide support in coaching and giving feedback to the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and lead by example.
• provide an energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor, driving sales and growing customer engagement with previous supervisory experience preferably in a luxury environment.
• have previous experience in retail and the ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environment is essential for this role.
