About the Role

We are currently recruiting sewing operatives to join our busy Lockstitch department. The duties of this position will be to operate various types of machines to make blankets, ponchos or cushions for world renowned brands.  There may be hand sewing and other tasks which need to be undertaken such as adding embellishments.

There is also the opportunity to join our inhouse Modern Apprenticeship programme and gain a qualification, after your initial training.

This is a permanent role, working on back shift - Monday to Thursday 1600 to 0100, equating to 34 hours per week or day shift - Monday to Thursday 0700 to 1600 and Friday 0700 to 1200, 39 hours per week.

Sewing skills are beneficial but not essential.
