Textile Operations Careers

If you think you could be interested in a career in Textile Operations then we would love you to apply to us.  We know that some of our jobs have very specific titles that are not readily understood by people who haven’t worked for us, so we’re happy for you to apply generally and we’ll help you to decide which role might suit you best.

We provide full training, guidance and support.  For some roles it can take as little as 6 months to become fully competent.  For other more specialist roles it can take several years. We encourage continual learning. For some roles, with lengthy training periods, we offer Apprenticeships and Adult Apprenticeships

Our teams are helpful and have themselves benefited from our training so they will understand the challenges you might face initially.

Applicants can come from any background.  It is likely though that you’ll be someone who has the following:

• An interest in machinery and how it operates
• An interest in technology
• An eye for detail
• Quick to spot problems and keen to resolve them
• Good manual dexterity
• An appreciation for aesthetics
• Like to work to a consistently high standard in everything you do
• Good colour vision
• Are comfortable having several tasks on the go at the same time
