Wet Finishing Operative

We have openings for Finishing Operatives who will be trained to become skilled in the finishing of the luxurious cloths that become our products. 

Role Description: 

• You can expect to learn, over time, about 15 different machines and 27 different processes.
• It’s a secret world where touch, feel and senses play a huge part in the creation of the luxurious fabrics
• As it’s not an exact science, this adds to the magic, and to the skill level. 
• No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You may also have the opportunity to further your training by undertaking an SVQ in Manufacturing Textile Products.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 39 hours per week. Shifts will be worked on a 2 week rotation, rotating early and back shifts.
