Overview
You will be operating machinery to manufacture yarns to be used for knitting or weaving. No experience is needed as full training will be provided, although previous experience in a factory environment would be beneficial.

About the Role

You will be operating machinery to manufacture yarns to be used for knitting or weaving. No experience is needed as full training will be provided, although previous experience in a factory environment would be beneficial.

Shifts will be worked on a 3 week rotation, including early shifts, back shifts and night shifts, working an average of 39 hours per week.

Once the initial training period is complete, there is an opportunity to enrol in our Manufacturing Textile Products Modern Apprenticeship.

  • have previous experience working in a factory environment or operating machinery
  • be willing to undertake an in house modern apprenticeship and develop your training further
