Yarn Reclaim Operative

About the role

You will be recording and reclaiming yarn, ensuring the correct shade and batch information on each cone is accurate.

Other tasks will include –

• Separating yarn into relevant quantities for the waste merchant
• Processing incoming and outgoing yarn
• Supplying yarn to internal departments
• Conducting stock takes
• Ensuring yarn is stored correctly

The position is based at Eastfield Mill, Hawick for 39 hours per week and will normally be Monday to Thursday 0600 to 1500 hours and Friday 0600 to 1100 hours; however shift work may be required.
