Overview
We are looking for someone for our Customer Services department who can work efficiently in a high-paced environment, follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks as needed on a daily basis.

Administrator

Location: Hawick Mill
Hours: Permanent, Full-time, 38 hours per week, working pattern to be discussed.

Salary: Starting from £24,542 per annum.


Who We're Looking For

Are you motivated and detail-oriented?  Do you enjoy working in a team and do you have good communication skills?  We are looking for someone for our Customer Services department who can work efficiently in a high-paced environment, follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks as needed on a daily basis. If you have good concentration and great attention to detail along with an aptitude for adhering to timescales , good colour vision and good timekeeping skills, we’d love to hear from you.  

Key qualities we’re looking for:

  • Attention to detail – accuracy is key
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Knowledge of logistics and export documents
  • A team player with a positive attitude

About the Role

As an Administrator in our Customer Services department, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers and/or sales agents.  You will administer the intake of orders and liaise with planning to establish delivery dates based on stock availability and production lead times as well as be responsible for ordering all related items i.e. odms and presentation materials.  Further liaison will be required with our production and warehouse team in order to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and that presentation of the finished product is correct.

Experience is preferred; however full training will be provided to the right candidate.
