Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Darner to join our team on a permanent basis.

We are currently recruiting for a Darner to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Darner you will have excellent ability to spot faults through keen attention to detail and take pride in resolving them. This will include greasy, clean and perch darning to rectify faults revealed during the inspection of cloth and accessory product to produce a quality finish.

 

About the role:

As a Darner here at Johnstons of Elgin, you will be working on a variety of luxury products, which will include table, perch (greasy) and clean darning.  

This a full-time working on a two-shift rotational basis (early and back shift). 38 hours per week.

Week 1 Monday -Thursday-0600-1400, Friday 0600-12noon,

Week 2 Monday – Wednesday 1400-2400, Thursday 1400-2200.

Rate of pay starts from £12.60 per hour, dependant on experience.
