We currently have openings in our Dyehouse. Working on a rotational shift system, you will be operating machinery to weigh, dye and dry fibres.

About the Role

We currently have openings in our Dyehouse. Working on a rotational shift system, you will be operating machinery to weigh, dye and dry fibres. You will have a keen eye for detail, making sure colours and quantities are accurate. As an SQA accredited centre, we also offer the opportunity to gain an SVQ qualification as part of your role.

As part of the role, you will be:

  • Operating machinery
  • Accurately weigh out dye stuffs & chemicals
  • Manual handling
  • Able to work to a busy schedule

This post is 39 hours a week, working early, back and night shift on a rotational shift pattern.

Due to some of the equipment used, this role is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker.

Rate of pay is starting from £12 per hour plus shift pay.

  • Have good colour vision
