An opportunity for two Woven Textiles students to join our design team on a two week paid internship.

About the Internships

These two internships will each last two weeks. The first runs from 15th July until 26th July 2024 and the second, from 12th August until 23rd August 2024.

You will be working with our team of in-house woven Designers gaining hands on experience of how our design department runs and an insight into how we develop innovative fabrics for our own collections through exploring yarns, weight, structure, pattern, composition, and price. You will be shown live design briefs and how to respond to these quickly and creatively helping to make each brief become a reality.   

About You

Our ideal interns will:

  • Currently be studying a course related to textiles, specialising in Weave and ideally be in your third year or final year of study.
  • Enthusiastic and creative with a passion for the continuous learning and technical understanding of the weaving process.
  • Be a team player, highly motivated and have a flexible and determined approach to any challenges presented to you.
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced Design Department.
